If you want to become an STNA, you must participate in a 75-hour training program that is approved by the state of Ohio.

After completing the required training, the next step is to apply for and take the STNA Certification Exam. There are two parts to this test: a multiple-choice section and a practical skills evaluation. You will need to pass both parts to become certified.
