Requirements to Become a Nursing Assistant in Montana
In the state of Montana, you must complete a state-approved training program to be eligible for certification as a CNA. Your training should consist of both classroom instruction and practical experience.
Upon successful completion of an approved CNA program, you can register for the Montana CNA Certification Exam. This exam is specially-designed by the state to ensure that you are fully prepared for a career as a CNA.
If you receive an acceptable score on both portions of the CNA exam, you will receive a certification certificate, and your name will be added to Montana’s Nurse Aide Registry.
